LEMET


     Lemet is a traditional cake from Central Java. This "old" food is delicious to eat when it's warm.  When bitten feels chewy, soft, and delicious. The combination of the aroma of boiled cassava and the sweet taste of brown sugar provides an unforgettable sensation. Especially with the fragrant aroma of pandan leaves mixed into one makes its own deliciousness. This cake has a sweet taste and the price tends to be cheap. Even so, this cake has its own delicacy for fans.

     If you want to try it, you can make it yourself because the process of making it is very easy and fast.The ingredients needed include cassava, brown sugar, sugar, salt, coconut, pandan leaves, and banana leaves.

     Here we go!!

     Before starting, wash the ingredients first so they are clean from dirt. 
So..
First, peel the cassava peel and grate the cassava as much as you like
Second, Mix brown sugar, sugar, grated coconut and salt into a container filled with grated cassava
Third, wrap the mixture in banana leaves and add a little pandan leaves for food fragrances
Fourth, steam the cake for about 30 minutes
and ready to eat

Ingredients;



- Cassava
- Sugar
- Brown sugar
- Salt
- Coconut
- Pandan leaves
- Banana leaves

STEPS:

• Peel the cassava and grate the cassava
• Mix sugar, brown sugar, salt, and grated coconut into a container with grated cassava
• Take the dough and wrap it using banana leaves.
• Then steam the mixture for about 30 minutes



• and food is ready to eat
